This Free Landing Website Offer is a limited-time and limited-slot offer. Hive Manila reserves the right to reject any client at its sole discretion. Rejection may occur for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Clients involved in illegal activities, or businesses that are unethical or violate laws.
• Clients attempting to exploit Hive Manila’s services inappropriately.
• Clients who are deemed difficult to work with or unreasonable.
• Clients whose business poses a conflict of interest with Hive Manila or its existing clients.

2. Free Setup Offer

The free setup includes a complete landing page website design and assumes the client already has an existing domain in place. This offer is for a new website installation only and is not intended for updates or redesigns of an existing website. The new website will replace any current website for the specified domain or subdomain.

The FREE offer includes:

• Landing Page: Includes a hero section (banner or featured image), brief business introduction, key call-to-action (e.g., “Book Now,” “Visit Shop,” or “Contact Us”), and up to three highlighted sections for services, products, or features.

• AI-Generated Content: 3 distinct writeups based on the company description provided. Clients may specify their desired tone (e.g., quirky, professional) for the content.
• Color Selection: Clients may select 4 colors: Black, White, Primary, and Secondary colors for their website design.
• Website Build and Launch: Images will be provided via Google Docs along with the AI-generated write-ups and can be changed by the client within 5 business days. After 5 business days or upon approval of the write-up and images, and once full payment is received, your website will be built and automatically launched within 5 business days.

3. Content Approval and Revisions

• Approval: Once Hive Manila generates the content, clients have 5 business days to make and request changes. After this period succeeding edits will be part of the package that you choose.
• Revision and Changes: Clients may request revisions or changes to further improve their website after its launch. The number of included revisions depends on the tiered package selected. Once the allotted revisions for the chosen tier have been used, additional requests will be charged at an hourly rate of ₱2,500/hour or quoted separately for more extensive updates.

4. Change Requests Criteria

• Free Tier: Any updates and/or changes after the launch of the free landing page website will be billed at an hourly rate of ₱2,500/hour if the client has not purchased a tier and has only opted for the free package.
• Paid Tier: Any updates or changes for clients who have purchased one of the paid tiers will be subject to the following criteria:
  • Minor Changes: Minor updates include text edits of up to 1,000 words, basic content uploads, and small design adjustments in a single month.
  • Major Changes: Major updates include changes to the overall structure, page sections, or custom design elements in a single month.

5. Domain Ownership and Transfer

Clients have the option to retain ownership of their domain. However, Hive Manila recommends transferring your domain ownership to ensure easier management of services, including SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Facebook Pixel, and other domain-level integrations.

Benefits of transferring your domain ownership to Hive Manila:

• Faster Integration: Domain-level verification (e.g., Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel) will be 5-10 times faster and cheaper, saving you significant time and money.
• Seamless Management: With domain control, we can handle updates, monitoring, and technical support without delays.

If you do not transfer domain ownership, you must provide Hive Manila with direct access to your domain, allowing us to point your DNS A record to our shared server. This setup is temporary and will not affect your domain ownership. Hive Manila is not responsible for managing other domain-related services if ownership is not transferred.

• Domain Ownership: If Hive Manila purchases a domain for you, or you have transferred domain ownership to Hive Manila, the domain cannot be transferred back to you. While there are legal avenues for domain transfer, this process is complex and time-consuming and will require a separate discussion and agreement.
• Access to Backend: For this offer, only Hive Manila has access to the website’s backend. Uploading of content, creating pages, and adding features will only be done through Hive Manila.

6. Website Copy or Archive

Clients can request an archived copy of their free website, subject to a ₱2,500/hour fee. The cost for this request is dependent on the size of the website and the time needed for its completion.

7. Payment Terms

Work on the website will begin once payment, if any required, is received in full. The client must ensure that payment is made on time for the website to be launched and maintained. If the client has selected a paid maintenance package, the first payment is due upon agreeing to the package.

Failure to complete payments within 3 business days after approval will result in automatic cancellation of the offer.

8. Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: This offer is not eligible for refunds once payment has been made.
• Non-Approval: If a client does not approve any content within 5 business days, the offer is automatically canceled.
• Non-Payment: If payments are not made within 3 business days, the offer will be canceled.

9. Data Ownership and Privacy

• Data Ownership: The client’s brand, images, and data remain their property, but hosting, management, and platform access are facilitated through Hive Manila as an integral service we provide.
• Data Security: Hive Manila ensures that client data is stored securely. We do not share or sell client information to third parties without consent.
• Content Rights: Hive Manila retains ownership of all creative and technical work done on the website unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

• Hive Manila will not be held responsible for any loss of data, downtime, or other issues resulting from the website design or maintenance services.
• Hive Manila’s liability is limited to the services provided under this agreement, and we will not be held accountable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Agreement to Terms

By submitting the form and agreeing to this offer, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement and acknowledges that they understand the scope of the services provided and their responsibilities.
